Instructions for Applicants

1. முதுகலை சேர்க்கைக்கு, விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் 12 ஆண்டுகள் பள்ளிப்படிப்பு (10+2) மற்றும் 3 ஆண்டுகள் பட்டப்படிப்பு திட்டத்தை முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும். இருப்பினும், UG மாணவர்கள் 5வது செமஸ்டர் / 2வது ஆண்டு வரை (செமஸ்டர் அல்லாத) மதிப்பெண்களுடன் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம், மேலும் அவர்கள் UG பட்டப்படிப்பு திட்டங்களை வெற்றிகரமாக முடித்தால் மட்டுமே அவர்களின் தற்காலிக சேர்க்கை உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.

1 (a). மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் இளங்கலை (யுஜி) பட்டப்படிப்பின் V செமஸ்டர் (செமஸ்டர் முறை) அல்லது II ஆம் ஆண்டு (செமஸ்டர் அல்லாத) வரை பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

1 (b). சேர்க்கை தமிழக அரசின் இடஒதுக்கீடு கொள்கையின் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே நடைபெறும்.

1 (c). ஆதி திராவிடர், பழங்குடியினர் சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் மற்றும் கிறிஸ்துவ மதத்திற்கு மாறிய ஆதி திராவிட மாணாக்கர்களுக்கு 92 TNER இன் கீழ் கல்விக் கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

1 (d). மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வி கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது (2008, அரசாணை எண் 135). மேலும், ஆய்வுக்கூட கட்டணம், தேர்வு கட்டணம் உள்ளிட்ட சிறப்பு கட்டணங்களில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது (2010, அரசாணை எண் 30). இதற்கான சான்றிதழை சேர்க்கையின் போது சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

2. விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இந்த போர்டல் மூலம் ஆன்லைனில் மட்டுமே அனைத்து திட்டங்களுக்கும் பதிவு செய்து விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். அச்சிடப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பத்தை பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு அனுப்ப தேவையில்லை.

3. விண்ணப்பச் செயலாக்கக் கட்டணம் 250 (எஸ்சி/எஸ்டி/எஸ்சி-ஏ) & மற்றவர்களுக்கு 500. ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட திட்டங்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தனித்தனியே விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிறைவு செய்து கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

4. எந்தவொரு திட்டத்தையும் வழங்குவதை ரத்து செய்ய பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு உரிமை உண்டு.

5. நுழைவுத் தேர்வு விவரங்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறைகளால் தெரிவிக்கப்படும். விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அதன்படி தொடர்பு கொள்ள அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

6. ஒவ்வொரு விண்ணப்பதாரரும் தனக்கான தனி மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் கைபேசி எண் போன்றவற்றை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். சரியான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் கைபேசி எண்ணை பதிவு செய்தால் மட்டுமே சேர்க்கை சார்ந்த தகவல்களுக்கு பல்கலைக்கழகம் உங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடியும்.

7. ஆன்லைன் விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை நிரப்பத் தொடங்கும் முன், விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அனைத்து தொடர்புடைய தகவல்கள் மற்றும் ஆவணங்களுடன் முழுமையாகத் தயாராக இருக்குமாறு பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுகிறது.

(a) சரியான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி
(b) கைபேசி எண்
(c) ஆதார் அல்லது வேறு அடையாள அட்டை எண் / SSN Number (பிறநாட்டவராக இருப்பின்)
தேவையான ஆவணங்கள்
(a) புகைப்படம் (.jpg only, 4 kBs to 50 kBs & 4.5cm X 3.5cm)

(d) ஐந்து பருவ மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் / ஒருங்கிணைந்த மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (For PG Applicant) / அல்லது பனிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (For UG Applicant)

8. விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அனைத்து கட்டாய விவரங்களையும் நிரப்ப வேண்டும்.

9. விண்ணப்பங்களை சமர்பிக்கும் கடைசித் தேதிக்கு முன் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் உங்களது மதிப்பெண் சார்ந்த தரவுகளைத் திருத்தலாம். சமூக வகை மற்றும் நீங்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த பாடங்களைத் திருத்தவோ மாற்றவோ முடியாது. எனவே கவனமுடன் பதிவிடவும்.

10. விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பித்த பிறகு நீங்கள் தேர்வு செய்த பாடத் திட்டத்தை (Program/Course) மாற்ற முடியாது.

11. உரிய தகவல்களைப் பதிவு செய்து விண்ணப்பத்தை நிரப்பிய பின்னர், கீழ்காணும் வழிகளில் எதோ ஒன்றின் மூலம் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
(a) இணைய வங்கி சேவை (Net Banking)
(b) பற்று அட்டை / கடன் அட்டை (Debit / Credit Card)
(c) ஒருங்கிணைந்த பரிவர்தனை தரவு (UPI)

12. ஆன்லைனில் பணம் செலுத்துவதில் பரிமாற்றம் தடைபடும் வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. எனவே, ஆன்லைனில் பணம் செலுத்தி, பரிமாற்றம் தடைபட்டால், விண்ணப்பதாரர் ஆன்லைனில் மீண்டும் கட்டணத்தை செலுத்தலாம். பணப்பரிமாற்றம் நடந்த பிறகு தடை ஏற்பட்டால், உங்களது கணக்கில் பிடித்தம் (டெபிட்) செய்யப்பட்ட தொகை தானாகவே உங்கள் கணக்கிற்கு மாற்றப்படும்.

13. கட்டண விவரங்களைப் பதிவு செய்த பிறகு அதற்கான தகவல் திரையில் தோன்றும் இடையில் back அல்லது refresh செய்யாமல் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு செய்தால் பணப்பரிமாற்றம் தடைபட்டு நீங்கள் இருமுறை கட்டணம் செலுத்தும் நிலை ஏற்படும். இதனைத் தவிர்க்க இடையில் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

14. விண்ணப்பத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள தகவல்களின் சரியான தன்மை மற்றும் துல்லியத்திற்கான முழுப் பொறுப்பையும் விண்ணப்பதாரர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வார். எனவே விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பிக்கும் முன் தாங்கள் வழங்கிய தகவல்களைச் சரிபார்க்குமாறு கண்டிப்பாக அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள். தெரிந்தோ அல்லது வேறுவிதமாகவோ தவறாகக் குறிப்பிட்டாலோ அல்லது தவறான தகவலை வழங்கினாலோ விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.

15. துறைகள் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் மட்டுமே தேர்வு செயல்முறைக்கு ஆஜராக அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள். தேர்வு செயல்முறை (நுழைவுத் தேர்வு / நேர்காணல் போன்றவை) குறித்த விவரங்கள் அந்தந்தத் துறையால் தெரிவிக்கப்படும். தேர்வு செயல்முறை துறைக்கு துறை மாறுபடும். சந்தேகங்கள், பொதுவான தகவல்கள் மற்றும் விளக்கங்களுக்கு, விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் நேரடியாக துறை / மையத்தை தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம். தொடர்பு விவரங்களை அறிய இங்கே கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

பிற வினாக்களுக்கும், சந்தேகங்களுக்கும், admissions@bdu.ac.in என்கிற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம்.

1. For PG admissions, the candidates should have completed 12 years of Schooling (10+2) and 3 years of Under Graduation program. However, UG students can also apply with their marks up to 5th semester / up to 2nd year (non-semester), and their Provisional admission will be confirmed only if they successfully complete their UG Degree Programs.

1 (a). Students will be selected on the basis of marks obtained upto V Semester (Semester pattern) or II Semester (Non Semester) of their UG degree program.

1 (b). Admission will be made strictly on the basis of the reservation policy of Government of Tamil Nadu.

1 (c). Students belonging to Adi Dravidar, Tribal Community and Adi Dravidar converted to Christianity are exempted from paying the Tuition Fee under 92 TNER.

1 (d). Students with disabilities are also exempted from paying the tuition fees (upon presentation of a disability certificate during the time of addmission - 2008, Ordinance No. 135). Also exempted from special fees including lab fees, examination fees (2010, Ordinance No. 30).

2. Candidates should Register and Apply for all the programs THROUGH ONLINE ONLY (via this portal). No need to send the printed application to the University.

3. Application Processing Fee is 250 for SC/ST/SC-A and 500 for others. The applicants applying for more than one program have to submit seperate applications for the programs they are interested to get admission with application fees.

4. University has rights to cancel the offering of any program.

5. Entrance Examination details will be informed by the Departments concerned. The applicants are advised to contact accordingly.

6. Every applicant must have a valid and working e-Mail address and mobile number. The University will send admission related communications and messages to the registered email ID and Mobile only.

7. It is suggested that the applicants be fully prepared with all the relevant information / data before starting to fill the ONLINE Application form.

8. The applicant should fill all the mandatory details.

9. The academic record data and other information can be edited anytime before the last date of the application sumbission. But the Community, Program / Course can not be edited. So, ensure that you are entering the correct details.

10. The program and course applied can not be edited or changed once submitted.

11. After filling the application form by registering the relevant information, the application fee should be paid through any of the following modes.
(a) Net Banking
(b) Debit / Credit Card
(c) Unified Payment Interface (UPI)

12. There is a possibility for online payment failure. Hence, if the online payment fails, applicant can retry the procedure and to pay the fee again by online mode. In case of online payment failure, the amount Debited from the Bank account will be reverted back to the account automatically.

13. After entering all details including the payment in the online application form, applicants have to wait for receiving the intimation from the server. Meanwhile DO NOT press “Back” or “Refresh” button to avoid payment failure or double Payment

14. The applicant will bear the full responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the information given in the application. Applicants are therefore strictly advised to verify the information provided by them before submitting the application. Misrepresentation or providing wrong information, knowingly or otherwise, will result in the application being rejected at any stage of the application process.

15. Only those who are shortlisted by the departments will be invited to appear for the selection process. The details about the selection process (entrance examination / interview etc.) will be intimated by the respective department. The selection process varies from department to department.
